摘    要:为提高石门揭煤和煤巷快速掘进速度,基于高压水射流破煤原理,研究了水力冲孔卸压增透的防突机理,通过理论分析、实验室研发及工业试验相结合的方法,阐述了水力冲孔的工艺流程及主要设备研发情况,并结合淮南矿区的实际条件,确定了水力冲孔的最佳破煤水压为煤的普氏系数的12~20倍。研究结果表明,在强突出煤层实施水力冲孔技术措施后,煤的弹性潜能得到释放,瓦斯压力梯度降低,有效消除了激发突出的应力,煤层的透气性增强,石门揭煤速度提高4倍,对比不同的防突措施,水力冲孔后煤巷掘进速度提高为原来的3~5倍,是中高压注水的3.3倍、是排放钻孔的2倍。
