静压触媒法生长金刚石的机理

摘    要:关于静压触媒法生长金刚石的机理有多种理论,但它们的共同特点是认为在金刚石的生长过程中是某一种机理自始至终在起作用。本文则提出新的理论:在金刚石成核及长大初期,基本上是在触媒的作用下直接转化;随着金刚石的长大,溶解一结晶过程逐渐起主导作用。这一理论较园满地解释了现有的实验事实。

Abstract:There are several theories on diamond growing by the statistic pressure catalyst method.Their common peculiarity is that from beginning to end some mechanism has been playing a part in diamond growing.A new theory is founded in this paper:Diamond is translated directly by the effect of catalyst when diamond is nucleated and developing on primary period;with its growing,dissolving crystallizing process is playing a leading role gradually.The existing experiment facts on synthetic diamond have been better explained by this theory.
