高职旅游专业青年教师职后教育的问题及对策

高职高专的旅游专业成为了旅游业的重要人才培养基地,而高职高专的旅游专业师资队伍中,大部分为青年教师。目前,这批站在旅游人才培养前线的青年教师缺乏发展后劲,究其原因是他们缺乏合适的职后教育。文章针对这一困局,提出相关解决对策,以期能实现高职高专旅游专业青年教师专业和技能的可持续发展。

Problems in Career Development Training for Young Teachers of Tourism at Vocational Colleges and Corresponding Strategies

Students of tourism at vocational colleges have become the major force for tourism development.Young teachers account for a significant part of the teaching faculty for these students,but most of the them don’t seem to have what is needed for further career development.The reason for it is that they don’t have proper training in career development after they have been employed.Strategies are suggested to promote the sustainable development of their skills and professional knowledge.
