| 摘 要： | 分析以党建工作促进就业的可行性，针对当前高校党建工作在推进就业工作方面的不足之处，提出从加强党建与就业工作的联系、增强党性教育对于就业观念的辐射、抓好党员长效管理、充分发挥党员毕业生的作用等途径着手，以更好地发挥党建工作在推进就业工作方面的作用。

| Abstract: | By analyzing both the feasibility of promoting the employment work of graduates in colleges and universi- ties based on Party construction and the inadequacies in its implementation, this essay gives relevant suggestions in the aspects of strengthening the connection between Party construction and the employment work, enhancing the in- fluence of Party spirit education on graduates＇ views of employment, emphasizing the long-term management of Party members, and bringing the functions of graduate Party members into full play. |
