| 摘 要： | 川菜非物质文化遗产是我国饮食烹饪类非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分。目前,川菜非物质文化遗产的保护与传承工作取得了一定的成绩,但是也出现了一些亟待解决的问题。通过研究川菜非物质文化遗产的保护和传承现状,梳理和总结经验,发现和解决问题,有利于促进川菜非物质文化遗产的保护工作,推动中国饮食走向世界。

| Abstract: | In the fruitful conservation of the intangible heritage of Sichuan cuisine,a significant of Chinese culinary culture,problems occur that demands immediate handling.In an effort to further advance the continuation of the heritage and to boost its recognition abroad,this paper conducts a survey of the status quo of the preservation work to spot the difficulties before putting forward suggestions on how to tackle the problems. |
