| 摘 要： | 在燃气厂脱硫系统的大修中，将原有Q235普通碳钢管改造更换成1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢钢管，根据此种钢材的特点。严格按照技术要求进行装配。焊接，可有效地防止不锈钢中产生晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀。介绍了在施工中装配，焊接及其应用过程。以及管道在运行生产中的效果。

| Abstract: | In the major overhaul project of the desulphurizing system in the Fuel Gas Plant the 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenic stainless steel tube is used as the substitute of Q235 normal carbon steel tube.Fitting and welding of the steel in light of the characteristic property and strictly in accordance with the technical specification of the steel can effectively prevent against the intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion.The present paper describes the results achieved in the process of fitting and welding the steel tube as well as in running the desulphurizing system. |
