试论网络环境下图书馆的馆藏资源建设

网络环境下，图书馆馆藏资源的结构，类型，载体，获取方式和手段都发生了深刻的变化。通过网络环境对图书馆的馆藏资源建设内容，质量评价标准，购置经费的分配和使用信息资源保障模式等几方面的影响，提出了为适应网络环境的变化，图书馆在馆藏建设中采取的对策，即更新馆藏观念，建立虚拟馆藏，合理配置馆藏资源，优化馆藏结构，加大对馆藏资源建设的投入，加强馆藏资源的特色化建设。

Discussion of the library resource construction under network condition

Under network condition, there are great changes in the forms of library resources, the materials of carrying information and the means of obtaining information in a library . Through discussing the influence of network condition on the forms of library resources,the standards of evaluating a library and the means of obtaining information,the countermeasures of library resource construction under network condition are put forward ,such as renewing the concept of library resources , setting virtual resources and optimizing library resources,increasing the investment for library resource construction,establishing special features of library resources.
