西藏电网工程人工劳动降效研究

摘    要:基于劳动能量消耗和劳动时间消耗,研究确定出西藏地区电网工程人工劳动降效指标。以不同海拔高度处完成同一工作任务为条件,分别测量和计算在各单项工作任务完成进度保持不变时的能量总消耗以及在劳动强度保持不变时的劳动时间总消耗,然后将统计分析得到的各海拔高度相对能量消耗系数和相对时间消耗系数平均加权作为原始数据,利用最小二乘法拟合出劳动降效随海拔高程的变化曲线,从而得出劳动降效指标。

Abstract:Based on the energy consumption and the time consumption of the manual labour,the efficiency reduction index of manual labour in power grid engineering in Tibet area was determined.Under the condition of accomplishing the same task in the places with different elevation,the total energy consumption for accomplishing each single task in the same schedule and the total working hours for the same task in the same labour intensity were measured and calculated respectively.After this,taking the weighted averages...
