摘 要: | 分析了淮浙煤电凤台电厂2号超临界汽轮机高中压内缸变形情况,查出了汽缸变形的主要原因为高中压内缸隔热板与高中压外缸间隙过大导致汽缸排汽进入高中压缸夹层冷却内缸外壁以致高中压内缸内外壁温差大致使汽缸变形。

Abstract: | The deformation of the HP/IP inner casing of the supercritical turbine No.2 in Fengtai Power Plant of Huaizhe Coal and Electricity Co.Ltd.was analyzed.The main reason of the casing deformation was that the gap between the heat shield of HP/IP inner casing and the HP/IP outer casing was too large,which caused the exhaust steam entering into the interlayer of the HP/IP casing,cooling the outer wall of the HP/IP inner casing,and increasing the temperature difference between the inner wall and the outer wall of... |
