| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种陶瓷 不锈钢过渡立封结构 ,通过对封接强度、气密性、热烘烤试验的检测 ,证明了该方法具有封接强度高、气密性好、成品率高的特点 ,可广泛应用于真空开关管和其它真空器件的设计中。

| Abstract: | The article introduces a kind of transient stand seal structure between ceramics and the stainless steel , Through testing the sealing strength and leak proofness as well as high temperature firing test, it is proved that this method provides high sealing strength ,excellent leak proofness and good finished ratio.This sealing method can be extensively applied to the design of vacuum interrupter and other parts of an apparatus. |
