摘    要:研究了多次热机械训练对Fe14Mn5si12Cr7Ni合金形状记忆效应的影响。研究结果表明:多次训练以及适当的热处理制度可以提高合金中ε马氏体的含量,而ε马氏体含量的增加对于提高合金的形状记忆效应有明显的效果;训练2-4次,合金的形状记忆效应可大幅度提高;但是继续增加训练次数,合金的形状记忆效应则基本保持不变。

Abstract:The influence of thermal - mechanical repeated training on shape memory effect of FeMnSiCrNi alloy has been studied in this paper. The results showed that the SME of alloys can be remarkably improved by increasing training times and annealing at proper temperature, but the SME can not be improved further after the alloy was trained 2 - 4 times.
