摘    要:介绍一种运用等离子处理来改善非织造材料表面性能的新方法。采用聚酯(PET)非织造材料作为处理基材,通过扫描探针显微镜(SPM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)对非织造材料进行微观结构的观察,得到PET非织造材料表面形貌和化学成分在处理前后发生变化的结果,进而说明了等离子改性在非织造材料表面的改性处理中具有广阔的前景。

Abstract:A example of new approaches to functionalization of nonwovens using plasma enhanced modification of nonwovens was presented.Examples are given of the work on polyethylene terephthalate(PET) nonwoven materials.Micrographs,obtained by scanning probe microscopy(SPM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and environmental scanning electron microscopy(ESEM) are presented to demonstrate changes in the surface topography and surface chemistry of PET nonwovens.The great potential for significant improvements in the properties of nonwovens by plasma enhance modification is highly promising.
