摘    要:现代战争中悬挂系统对履带车辆机动性的意义非常重大,而刚度和阻尼系数同时可调的半主动悬挂将是悬挂系统发展的方向.文章设计了由油气弹簧和叶片式磁流变阻尼器组成的半主动悬挂的结构,并分别基于平板模型阻尼器和单气室高压气缸推导了阻尼力和刚度的计算公式,分析了影响因素.结论表明新的半主动悬挂系统刚度和阻尼系数可调范围能满足在不同路面工况下车辆对减振的要求,并具有Fail-safe功能.

Abstract:To the mobility of tracked vehicle suspension system is very important in modern war. Semi-active suspension of which damping force and stiffness characteristic can be controlled at the same time will be an ideal suspension system. This paper introduces the structure and principle of hydro-pneumatic spring and shear-valve mode Magnetorheological fluid (MRF) damper. According to the flat- panel model of damper and the single room model of hydro-pneumatic spring, the calculation formula is respectively deduced and the influence factors of damping and stiffness adjustable multiple are analyzed in detail. Then new semi-active suspension system is designed. The conclusion shows that adjustable coefficient of new device with fail-safe characteristics can meet various work conditions and this concept is feasible.
