| 摘 要： | 阐明了内分级内返料喷浆造粒干燥机中返料螺旋的返料机理，并对螺旋返料量的理论计算公式进行了修正。通过实验确定操作参数、结构参数对有效返料系数的影响。该研究对于内分级内返料喷浆造粒干燥机的设计有一定的指导作用
