电化学插层对石墨晶层的剥离作用

摘    要:把石墨电极置于电解槽的阳极和阴极,间歇改变电极的正、负极,使电解质对石墨晶层进行电化学插入与脱插,最终使石墨以纳米薄片形式分散于介质中。用透射电镜、傅里叶红外光谱表征了薄片石墨的结构,探讨了石墨的电化学剥离过程。

Abstract:A simple technique of electrochemical intercalation had been established to delaminate the graphite layers. The graphite sticks were set as electrodes in electrolyzer and electrotolyzed for about 24 h. The resulting product, nano grade powder, which dispersed homogeneously in water medium, were found in the form of thin lamina, with the size of 200 nm and the thickness of 2 nm~10 nm. FTIR revealed that the nanographite has been partly oxidized, while it was still conductive.
