| 摘 要： | 车田江、梅花洞水库位于新化县,都是以灌溉为主兼顾防洪、发电、养殖等综合功能的中型水库.根据20多年来的运行经验,结合水库的功能发挥,通过多年调节水量平衡分析计算,推导了一套科学合理的联合调度运行方案,以获得水库的最大综合效益,促进以水养水、以电养水,实现水资源的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | Chentianjiang and Meihuadong are medium-size reservoirs that located in Xinhua County, and have multi-purposes of mainly for irrigation, then flood control, power generation and fishing. Optimized and unified operation is engaged according to experiences of more than 20 years of operation. After water balance calculation for many years, we carry out scientifically unified regulation plan, so as to maximize comprehensive benefits and promote sustainable development of water resources. |
