| 摘 要： | 某焦化厂备煤控制系统,采用施耐德公司Quantum系列PLC,应用美国Intellution公司开发的FIX软件进行组态,形成一套完整的SCADA系统,即备煤过程中皮带运输的操作、数据采集、监控和报警.对系统的硬件、网络配置和软件监控作了详细说明,介绍了系统的主要功能和实现方法.

| Abstract: | In a Coking Coal Preparation automation system,the Quantun familial PLC of Schroders group and FIX configuration software of Intellution Company were used to construct an integral SCADA system.The SCADA system includes belt-operation,data collection,supervision,alarm sub-system.In this paper,the hard and network configuration,the main function of the system were induced.We also present the scheme of design and key technology in the system. |
