粉煤灰在处理酚醛树脂含酚废水中的应用

针对酚醛树脂产量增加、废水量增大、现有设施处理废水能力不足的情况 ,太原化学工业集团公司设计研究院采用在废水处理过程中加入粉煤灰的方法来提高废水处理能力及效率。通过对 4个不同阶段的废水进行投放粉煤灰试验 ,确定了粉煤灰的最佳投放阶段和投放量。结果表明 ,在废水进滤床前 ,加入 5 %的粉煤灰可提高设施的废水处理能力 ,并且可降低运行费用。

Application of Fly Ash in Treating Phenolic Wastewater

In view of the conditions of phenolic resin output rise and increasing wastewater quantity and insufficient capability of facility for wastewater treatment the capability and efficiency of wastewater treatment was improved by the Design and Research Institute of Taiyuan Chemical Industry Group Corp. by means of addition of fly ash. The optimal moment and quantity for addition of fly ash were confirmed through a lot of experiments adding fly ash into wastewater in 4 different phases. The results showed that adding 5% dose of fly ash when feeding wastewater into the filter bed, wastewater treatment capability of facility can be improved, and the operating cost can reduce also.
