| 摘 要： | 以聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)、苯乙烯、丙烯酸为主要原料,以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,在复合乳化剂作用下合成环压增强剂乳液。主要探讨了St-PAE共聚乳液合成时乳化剂的选择、苯乙烯与PAE的比例、丙烯酸和引发剂的用量。利用红外光谱对增强剂结构进行了表征,探讨了其不同乳液用量对瓦楞原纸的增强效果。实验得出:苯乙烯与PAE的比例为2:1、丙烯酸用量为6%,引发剂用量为0.7%时,乳液的增强效果最好。然后将St-PAE乳液在瓦楞原纸中应用,添加量为1.0%(对绝干浆)时,环压指数和抗张指数比空白样分别提高21.62%和45.30%。

| Abstract: | This article is mainly of the synthesis of St-PAE emulsion,which takes PAE,styrene,acrylic as main raw materials,with ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfite as the initiator,and with compound emulsifier.The best emulsifier and the ratio of styrene to PAE,the dosage of acrylic acid and initiator were discussed in this experiment.The experiment shows hat,when the dosage of acrylic is 6%(based on reactants),the ratio of styrene to PAE is 2:1,the dosage of initiator is 0.7%(based on reactants),strength of corruga... |
