滴定法测定脲醛树脂中游离甲醛含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:依据GB/T14074-2006标准,详细分析并评估了滴定法测定脲醛树脂(UF)中游离甲醛含量的不确定因素。通过建立数学模型,确定了不确定度的来源,分析了甲醛含量测定中各个不确定度的影响因素。结果表明:计算合成的标准不确定度为0.0034%,扩展不确定度为0.0068%;在试验条件下,重复性所产生的不确定度是影响测试结果的主要因素,在日常操作中应加以控制。

Abstract:According to the standard of GB/T 14 074-2006,the uncertainty factors of detecting free formaldehyde content in urea-formaldehyde resin(UF) by titration method were analyzed and assessed in detail. The sources of uncertainty was definited,and the influencing factors of every uncertainty were analyzed in detecting formaldehyde content when a mathematic models were established.
