| Abstract: | In light of the current situation of young corporate employees, who are mainly composed of people born in the 1980s and 1990s, the paper analyzes the characteristics of their ideologies and states of minds, and outlines the new problems and situations that arise during the ideological and political work on them. The paper also studies the ways and approaches that can be adopted in the ideological and political work on young employees, and proposes appropriate countermeasures and suggestions that fall in line with the characteristics of young employees and keep up with the times. |
