摘    要:针对马钢全烧高炉煤气锅炉排烟温度高,烟气排放能源损失大的问题,研发建立新型双介质混流恒温智能换热系统,在有效保护锅炉安全运行的前提下深度降低排烟温度,实现烟气余热利用,提高煤气发电设备运行经济效率。

Abstract:In the light of high flue gas exhaust temperature of Masteel's blast furnace gasfired boiler and big loss of flue gas exhaust energy source, a new intelligent heat ,ex change system of double medium mixed flow constant temperature has been developed. This system greatly reduces flue gas exhaust temperature under the condition that safety operation of the boiler is effectively ensured. The waste heat of flue gas has been utilized and the op eration economic efficiency of the gas generation equipment has been improved.
