摘    要:莱钢老区4#高炉煤气干法除尘系统的串联式下输灰装置存在只能单排退出检修、输灰管道磨损严重、堵管现象严重三方面缺陷。经过相应的改造后节约了大量的氮气,大大降低输灰管道的故障率和检修人员的劳动强度,保证了设备的安全运行。

Abstract:There are some problems m the tandem lower ash conveying Oewce oi the dry dusting system for No.4 blast furnace in the old area of Laiwu Iron & Steel Co., such as the device can only be removed in a single row mode for maintenance, serious wear and blockage of ash pipes. After the corresponding reconstruction, a large amount of nitrogen has been saved. It has greatly reduced failure rate of the ash pipes and labor intensity of maintainers, and ensured safe running of the equipment.
