A Study on Electronic Documents Management in Large Central Enterprises

Electronic documents management is a practice that covers the whole process of operation, all types of business and the entire enterprise. It is not only an entirely new type of work, but also a great transformation in man- agement modes and working methods. The paper describes the importance for enterprises to carry out management of electronic documents, and makes an introduction of electronic documents management in foreign countries. In light of the major problems existing in electronic documents management in central enterprises, the paper proposes some specitlc measures for such enterprises to improve their work in this regard.
