| 摘 要： | 在自乳化水性聚氨酯的合成过程中引入环氧树脂制备得到水性聚氨酯环氧树脂乳液．该乳液有机挥发物含量低，既具有环氧树脂的高附着力、高强度、耐化学品性和防腐性，又具有聚氯酯优良的柔韧性、耐磨性、丰满度、耐老化性和成膜性能；以此乳液作为基料，通过配方设计，筛选出无毒高效复合铁钛防锈颜料，配合其他颜填料和助剂，研究制备了高性能水性防锈涂料。

| Abstract: | The title waterborne polyurethane-epoxy resin emulsion is prepared by introduction of epoxy resin during the process of synthesis of self-emulsified waterborne polyurethane,which is featured by its lower VOC,and good adhesion,high strength,chemical resistance and corrosion protection from epoxy resin as well as excellent flexibility,abrasion resistance,fatness,film-forming and weatherability from polyurethane.A high performance waterborne rustproof coatings is formulated by use of this emulsion as binder and mixed with non toxic and effective hybrid iron-titanium based rustproof pigment,other pigments and fillers and additives. |
