摘    要:介绍了一种实现熟料低Na2Oc溶出的方法,通过在熟料溶出过程中添加一种化学添加剂,来抑制熟料溶出二次反应,改善赤泥沉降性能和压缩性能,提高氧化铝溶出率,从而减少粗液中的SiO2浓度,减轻了脱硅工序的负担,避免了碳碱在烧结法湿法系统的循环。

Abstract:The paper presents a digestion method for clinker with lower Na2Oc.A chemical agent is added in the process of clinker digestion to control the secondary reaction of clinker digestion,to improve the performances of red mud settling and compression and to increase the yield rate of alumina.Therefore it decrease SiO2 content in slurry,alleviate the load of desilication step and avoid the circulation of carbon alkali in wet Sintering process.
