The melting loss will produced after the optical fiber is melted.The melting loss will sank in order to reduce the loss of fiber route.This paper analysed some main factor to affect the melting loss on the theory.According theory and practice,it will reduce the melting loss to clear up all the infection of melting loss.This paper also introduced the way to measure the melting loss is bipolar measurement on distance.
