摘    要:对某电厂600MW机组锅炉正压直吹式制粉系统一次热风挡板卡死故障及漏风原因进行分析,提出了改造方案,改造后,挡板运行效果良好,漏风量和厂用电减少。

Abstract:The causes leading to jamming trouble and air leakage of the primary hot-air damper in a positive pressure direct injection coal pulverizing system of a 600 MW thermal power unit have been analysed, and a retrofit scheme being put forward. After retrofitting, the operational effectiveness of said damper is good, the leakage air and service power are reduced.
