摘    要:分析塑性变形对BT20钛合金焊缝组织和力学性能的影响。试验采用钨极氩弧焊对接焊形式对BT20钛合金施焊;焊接接头的塑性变形试验在油压机上进行,变形过程中采用了双保温措施。结果表明:钨极氩弧焊是一种适合BT20钛合金的焊接方法,在其它焊接参数一致的情况下,电流越小,焊接质量越好;塑性变形加退火可显著改善BT20钛合金焊缝的材料组织、细化晶粒,提高焊缝金属材料的力学性能。

Abstract:Effect of plastic deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of weld metal in BT20 titanium alloy is studied.BT20 titanium alloy is welded with butt welding on GTAW machine..Experiment of plastic deformation is done on press and double heat preservation measure is used during plastic deformation.The paper describes influences of plastic deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties.Experimental results show that GTAW is a suited method for BT20 titanium alloy and when other parameters are identical,the less electric current is,the better the welding quality is.After the plastic deformation,microstructure becomes better,grain becomes smaller and strengthened and ductility and rigidity of welds are all increased.
