液压挺柱配气机构动力学模型计算的研究

摘    要:针对BN489Q汽油机的液压挺柱配气机构,根据分析研究需要,经假设建立了二质量动力学分析计算模型,利用作者通过试验测取的随发动机凸轮轴转速的变化规律的液压挺柱刚度值,阻尼值及配气机构等其结构参数,对模型微分方程降阶用四阶龙格-库塔数值法编程计算出液压挺柱配气机构的动态响应,计算结果与实测结果基本一致,并简要分析了二质量动力学模型计算结果与实测结果相比较误差产生的原因。

Abstract:For the hydraulic tappet valve train of BN489Q petrol engine, according to the need of analyzing and researching, dynamic analysis model is established by means of two mass method in this paper. On the base of the known stiffness valve and damping value of hydraulic tappet as well as other structure parameters, the dynamic state responds of hydraulic tappet valve train are calculated by means of Runge-Kutta mathematics analysis method. The calculation results nearly agree with the experimental ones, and the causes of errors are simply analyzed in this paper.
