在役换热器管漏磁内检测传感器设计

摘    要:根据漏磁检测基本原理,研制了在役换热器管漏磁内检测传感器,包括磁化方式和检测元件的选取等.并在38mm的换热管上进行了详细实验,结果表明该传感器可有效检测出1.6mm的通孔、20%的外壁截面积损失和20%壁厚深度圆锥盲孔.该装置具有检测灵敏度高,性能可靠的优点,有较好的应用前景.

Abstract:Heat exchanger tubes are the key components in industries and their failure cause large economic loss.It is important to research on the in-service inspection method of ferromagnetic tubes.One type of in-line testing tools for in-service ferromagnetic heat exchanger tubes was developed according to the principle of magnetic flux leakage testing.Selection of magnetization method and magnetic sensor is studied.The detailed test was employed on the diameter 38mm of tubes.Testing results indicated that the tool can test down hole diameter 1.6mm,20% metallic area loss of outer wall and 20% cone hole depth of wall thickness.It will be employed for its high sensitivity and reliable performance.
