| Abstract: | The enterprise culture meaning was illustrated,and the function and effect of enterprise culture were discussed.The problems need attention in strengthening enterprise activity,building and completing enterprise culture were proposed.It pointed out that strengthening enterprise culture construction in the open market economy situation can help enhance enterprise disposition and enhance enterprise economic efficiency. |
