| Abstract: | The promulgation and implementation of labor contract law is conducive to protect of the lawful rights and interests of the laborers,but the law still has insufficiency to protect the laborers in the aspects of rules and regulations of employing units,labor contracts of no fixed term,labor contracts relief,invalidation and so on,needs further perfect by the judicial interpretation or the revision law. |
