采油油管电加热技术在高凝油开采中的应用

摘    要:提出了一种利用油管和套管作为发热体直接加热油管内原油的方法.电能由三相配电变压器经AC DC AC逆变电路输出传送到油管,经油管下部的油套管接触器连接到套管,形成一个完整的回路.利用油管做热源体,将电能转化成热能直接加热井筒内的液体.该方法可以有效解决电网扰动和高凝油开采油管结蜡问题.

Abstract:A kind of heating technology of directly heating crude oil in the oil tube by the oil tube and bushing is developed.Electric power is output to the oil tube,which is connected with the bushing by the oil bushing connecter on the bottom of the oil tube,via a 3-phase transformer after AC-DC-AC inverse circuit.The oil tube is the heat supply,so heat energy transformed by electric power,heat the crude oil in the tube directly.The method can effectively solve the non-balanced problem of the electric power transmission-line system and wax coagulation on the tube wall.
