摘    要:论述了VRLA电池的密封反应效率高低对电池性能及使用造成的影响,并较详细地论述了VRLA电池密封反应效率的影响因素。这些因素包括隔板的厚度、孔径和孔结构;安全阀的开闭阀压;灌酸量的多少;电池槽的结构等。表明了以下几点:(1)隔板的选择应同时考虑隔板的厚度、孔径和结构对VRLA电池的密封反应效率和电池的自放电的影响;(2)安全阀的开闭阀压也影响密封反应效率,而过高的开闭阀压造成电池变形现象;(3)过多的灌酸量是使电池密封反应效率降低的因素;(4)改进电池槽的结构有利于提高密封反应效率,并且,到目前还没有发现其负面影响。为此,要提高VRLA电池的密封反应效率应从以上这些方面同时考虑,这样更有利于电池综合性能的提高。

Abstract:The effect of VRLA battery recombination efficiency on battery performance and usage is discussed. And the factors affecting VRLA battery recombination efficiency are discussed in detail.These factors include thickness,pore size and pore structure of the separator,open and close pressure of safety valve, quantity of acid filling and structure of the battery container etc.Several points are shown as follows: (1) When choosing the separator,we should consider.thickness, pore size and pore structure that may affect battery self-discharge performance and battery recombination efficiency; (2) The open and close pressure of safety valve also affects battery recombination efficiency and over-high pressure may cause deformation of the battery;(3) Over filling acid is a factor ha lowers battery recombination efficiency; (4) Improving the structure of battery container is good for raising the battery recombination efficiency,and till now,negative effect has not been found.There- fore,to improve VRLA battery recombination efficiency and its comprehensive performance the factors men- tioned above must be considered.
