| Abstract: | The DC static high voltage meter is the main instrument for measuring the terminal voltage of the insulators. There's no specific inspecting equipment for the DC static high voltage meter. An in- specting method was introduced for the DC static high voltage meter and the analysis for its uncertain-ty was given out. |
