导弹任务规划通用数据支撑平台设计

为了解决多弹种大规模协同规划中的数据重复建设、资源浪费、信息孤岛等数据管理问题,提出了导弹任务规划通用数据支撑平台的概念,并对其建设目标、总体框架、功能模块等问题进行了初步设计。该数据支撑平台基于GIS技术,采用SOA的理念和方法,将战场信息和空间信息数据统一管理,对外提供统一的空间数据获取、浏览、分析、可视化等数据服务,可实现一种平台,多型使用,为多弹种一体化任务规划系统建设提供有力支撑。同时,具有一定通用性的平台框架对于提高任务规划数据的规范和共享、提升规划工作的质量和效率有着重要的借鉴意义。

Design of Common Data Supporting Platform for Missile Mission Planning

To solve the data manager problems such as data duplication,resources dissipation,information isle and so on,the concept of generic data supporting platform for missile mission planning was put forward and the goal,framework and function modules of the platform were tentative designed. The data supporting platform which integrated battle field information and geo-information resources was established based on geographic information technologies and service oriented architecture method（ SOA）. It can provide unified data archiving,viewing,analysis and visualization services for multi missiles mission planning. A certain commonality of the platform framework will afford some salutary lessons to improve data sharing and provide more efficient and effective mission planning.
