| 摘 要： | 为提高克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌转化甘油生产 1,3 丙二醇的能力 ,建立了在两次浓缩和影印技术基础上的紫外诱变筛选方法 ,获得可耐受高浓度 1,3 丙二醇并且副产物中乙醇含量较少的优良突变菌株 5株。

| Abstract: | The ultraviolet inducing technology of twice concentrating and replica screening is established in order to increase the conversion ability of glycerol into 1,3-propanediol by Klebsiella pneumoniae. Using this approach, five excellent mutants tolerating 1,3-propanediol with high concentration and producing less byproduct of alcohol are achieved. |
