摘    要:建设节水型社会是解决我国水问题的根本出路,对节水型社会状况进行评价具有重要意义。本文选取了节水型社会中关于“综合用水“、“生活用水“、“生产用水“、“生态环境“、“水管理“的23个指标构建评价体系,将熵值理论与模糊物元理论相结合,应用于节水型社会评价中,建立了基于熵权的模糊物元评价模型。利用该模型对山东省2005年的节水型社会状况进行评价,并与层次分析法的评价结果进行比较。结果显示:该模型引用信息熵所反映数据本身的效用值来计算指标的权重系数,有效地避免了权重分配困难的问题,并可得出评价样本与评价标准之间的远近关系,与实际情况相符。该模型具有合理、简便和实用的特点。

Abstract:Twenty-three indexes in comprehensive water usage,living water usage,production water usage,zoology environment and water management in water-saving society establishment evaluating system is chosen.The entropy value theory is applied to the water-saving society establishment by combining the fuzzy matter-element theory,and the fuzzy matter-element evaluating model based on coefficient of entropy is established.The coefficients of weight in this model are derived from the avail value of data reflecting the information entropy,By this method the problem of weight allocation can be solved.Based on the current water-saving situation of Shandong province in the year of 2005,the evaluation result is consistent with the fact.The calculation result is compared with that computed by the method of AHP.It indicates that the proposed method is reasonable, simple and practical.
