装备维修技术体系初探

摘    要:针对当前装备维修技术的发展现状,提出了装备维修技术体系。该技术体系包含5大类、3个层次,涵盖了健康管理、故障诊断与评估、损伤修复、维护保养、维修信息化等多方面技术内容。先进检测技术、智能自修复技术、虚拟维修技术、现场应急维修技术等多个技术领域已经成为维修技术的重要发展方向,大力发展绿色维修技术、促进多学科的交叉融合,注重应用基础研究,是促进装备维修技术发展的重要途径。

Abstract:According to the development status of equipment maintenance technology, technology system of equipment maintenance was put forward. With 5 categories and 3 levels, health management, failure diagnose and evaluation, repair, maintain and informationbased maintenance were included. Several technology fields, like advanced detection technology, smart selfrepairing technology, virtual maintenance technology, onsite emergency maintenance and so on, have becoming important direction of maintenance technology. Developing green maintenance technology, promoting intercross fusing of different subject, and paying attention to application basis are important paths to improve the development of equipment maintenance technology.
