摘    要:介绍了自氏体不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂的机理及形态,论述了易发生腐蚀的某些装置和设备以及装置中设备的正确选材。对设计中如何更有效地采取措施防止应力腐蚀的发生和在生产中如何处理应力腐蚀开裂的问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:Hhe stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and corrosion forms of austenitic stainless steel are introduced. The proper material selection for the unit and equipment which are subject to corrosion are described. The effective SCC control measures to be considered in engineering and remedies for SCC in unit operation are discussed.
