变色电致发光器件的新型交通灯设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于变色电致发光器件的新型交通灯设计。目前交通灯大多采用红黄绿三色LED灯组来实现交通管制功能,本设计采用能够伴随其正向偏压改变颜色的电致发光器件做交通灯灯组,且使用单片机控制,其结构相对简单,能有效降低制造成本,方便架设与维护。

Abstract:The design of a new kind of traffic light based on discoloration electroluminescent devices(EL)is introduced.Three-color LED light groups of red,yellow and green are used for traffic control.In this design,electroluminescent devices whose color changes with its forward bias are used to make up traffic light groups,and MCU is used for their control.The structure of this new traffic light is relatively simple,hence the reduced manufacturing cost and convenient erection and maintenance.
