| 摘 要： | 简要评述国外短行程铝挤压和发展过程,我国(主要是太原重型机械集团)在短行程挤压机方面的研发现状,以及已向市场提供30多台单/双动、正/反向短行程铝挤压机的成果。较全面地论述了太原重型机械集团公司研发的前上料短行程铝挤压机的先进性,尤其是在使用中的节能降耗效果。探讨了铝材挤压生产中的节能途径,除了选择诸如短行程挤压机这样的先进装备之外,还要选择合理的工艺参数,正确选择挤压工艺技术如反向挤压技术,采用铝材挤压的短生产工艺流程,等等。指出高智能化的重型挤压设备与铝材挤压工艺开发的必要性。
