摘    要:在铝板带纵剪机组中,收卷张力的控制是产品质量的关键技术。以真空辊为研究对象,介绍了真空张力辊工作原理,重点对带材进行了受力分析,得出了收卷带材的张力公式,对带材张力进行讨论分析,该结论适用于控制电机容量的选择与校验。并提出使用建议,在生产过程中要合理确定张力,以保证铝板带材收卷质量的要求。

Abstract:The recoiling tension control on aluminum strip slitting line is the key technology for obtaining excellent quality of products.The air suction roller and its work principle have been introduced,and the tension mechanics of the strip has been analyzed emphatically.The formula of strip tension generated by suction roller has been settled for the first time,the influencing parameters of recoiling tension are discussed and analyzed,and the parameters are suitable to control and calibrate the motor power.Some s...
