点焊规范参数对AZ31镁合金熔核尺寸影响的数值模拟

摘    要:采用有限元分析软件Ansys对1.2 mm厚度的AZ31镁合金工件点焊过程温度场进行了模拟。依次改变焊接电流、加热时间及电极压力,优选出该厚度的AZ31镁合金工件点焊的规范参数,并通过试验加以验证。结果表明,随着焊接电流和加热时间的增加,熔核直径和焊透率逐渐增大;提高电极压力,会使熔核直径和焊透率减小。

Abstract:The spot welding temperature field of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet with thickness of 1.2mm has been simulated by finite element analysis software Ansys.The reasonable standard parameters of AZ31 magnesium alloy spot welding has been optimized by changing welding current,heating time and electrode pressure alternatively,and the parameters have been proved by experiment.The research indicates that the melt-nucleus diameter and the welding fusion rate are increased with the welding current and heating time risin...
