摘    要:探讨了三甲氧基苯基荧光酮标准加入双波长分光光度法同时测定合金中钼、锡的试验条件,并对钼、锡合成样和铝合金样品进行了测定。在硫酸介质和表面活性剂OP 10存在的条件下,采用显色剂三甲氧基苯基荧光酮测定钼、锡的测定波长和参比波长分别为524 nm和503 nm,符合比尔定律的范围分别为0~20 μg/25 mL和0~15 μg/25 mL。用该法对钼、锡合成样和铝合金实际样品中钼、锡的同时测定,回收率在97%~106%之间,相对标准偏差均小于3%。

Abstract:The experimental conditions for the simultaneous determination of molybdenum and tin by standard addition-dual wavelength spectrophotometry with trimethoxyphenylfluorone were studied.Meanwhile,the synthetic sample of molybdenum and tin and aluminum alloy samples were determined.In the presence of sulfuric acid medium and surfactant OP-10,the determination wavelength and reference wavelength for spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum and tin with trimethoxyphenylfluorone are 524 nm and 503 nm,respectively.The ranges obeying Beer’s law were 0-20 μg/25 mL and 0-15 μg/25 mL,respectively.This method was applied to the simultaneous determination of molybdenum and tin in synthetic sample of molybdenum and tin and aluminum alloy actual samples.The recoveries were 97 %-106 %,and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were less than 3 %.
