摘    要:铝合金熔炼铸造工序是生产铝材的基础,缩短熔铸的工艺流程有利于节能,提高熔体的洁净度有利于生产出高品质的铝材。作者基于长期在生产第一线工作中积累的经验,就取消熔体静置时间来缩短熔铸工艺流程,以及优化与熔体净化相关的工艺操作来提高熔体的洁净度进行了论述。

Abstract:The melting and casting process is the base for producing aluminum alloy.To short the melting and casting processes can save energy,and the quality of the aluminum materials can be increased while increasing the refinement of the melt.On the base of the long term working experience,the process technology of holding time eliminating and refinement optimizing has been discussed for shorting the melting process and increasing the alloy quality.
