摘    要:研究了配电网合环电流的不确定性计算方法,并在南沙配电网予以实际应用。首先,采用区间的方式表示配电网在长期合环运行过程中电压和功率的变化范围,以描述电力状态的不确定性变化对合环电流的影响;其次,将区间理论与合环电流的基本计算理论相结合,形成一套新的配电网合环电流的不确定性计算方法,并给出了具体实现步骤;最后,将所提方法应用于南沙配电网的四个典型合环线路的计算,结果表明该方法能较好地描述配电网状态的不确定性对于合环电流的影响,为配电网合环运行提供了可靠的决策依据。

Abstract:An uncertainty calculation method for closed loop current in distribution network is studied and applied to Nansha distribution network. Firstly, the variation range of voltages and loads during the long term closed loop operation of a distribution network is expressed as intervals to describe the impact of uncertainty of power status in the closed loop currents. Secondly, with detailed realization steps,a novel uncertainty calculation method for closed loop current on distribution network is proposed based on the combination of the interval theory and the closed loop current theory. Finally, case calculations on four typical closed loop lines in Nansha distribution network show that the proposed method can describe better the impact of uncertainty of distribution network status on closed loop currents, thus it provides a reliable decision making basis for closed loop operation of distribution networks.
