上翻式和侧翻式拍门水力特性对比研究

摘    要:为了分析拍门的水力特性,以上翻式和侧翻式拍门为研究对象,应用Pro/E软件进行三维建模,应用Fluent软件对拍门开启角度为30°、40°及50°的出水流态进行数值模拟,得到了两种拍门的水力损失值。研究结果表明,侧翻式拍门克服了传统上翻式拍门的缺陷,拍门开启角度大,在同种工况下侧翻式拍门的水力损失更小,水流流态更好。
