摘    要:提出一种基于LabVIEW与Modbus/TCP协议的伺服电机控制系统的设计方法.该方法采用工控机与MP2310组成控制系统,实现对两台伺服电机的使能、正转、反转及速度设定等功能,给出了系统的硬件设计,并重点给出了基于LabVIEW的上位机软件设计和下位机的编程设置;测试结果表明,该系统能够实现对伺服电机进行有效控制.

Abstract:A system design method based on LabVIEW and Modbus/TCP protocol is presented to control servo motor.IPC and MP2310 to comprise control system are used to achieve two servo motors enabled,forward,reverse and speed settings and other functions.System hardware design is given,and the upper IPC software design and the lower machine programming settings based on LabVIEW are mainly given.The test results show that the system can achieve effective control to the servo motor.
